The thing that I love about this eyecream is that it has caffeine from coffee in it as well as ginzeng. As soon as I put it on my dark circles, they fade away. I think it has something to do with the caffeine. When I first purchased the cream I used it every day for about a week and my under eye area was much brighter, then gradually I stopped using it because I don't like putting on eyecream everyday. So now I pretty much only use it when I want a brighter look under my eyes if my dark circles are really bad. As far as the puffiness goes, my eyes don't really get puffy so I can't tell you much about that but for dark circles it rocks. Also be sure to only use a little because if you use alot you'll get white circles instead of dark. Overall this eyecream is great for instant use and for consist use as well for giving you a brighter look.
